Register your golf team or explore sponsorship opportunities for our charity golf event by visiting www.cl.life. Let’s swing with purpose and make a difference—one shot at a time for local church missions!
Teams must consist of 4 players, with a total team fee of $400 (or $100 per player). A deposit of $200 is required by October 6th to secure your team’s spot in the tournament. All hole sponsorship opportunities must be submitted by September 22nd, along with your business information, to ensure proper recognition on the course and in event materials. Please use the information on the back to register or turn in a sponsorship.

Gold Sponsor: For just $500, you can support our charity golf event, which benefits local church missions. As a gold sponsor, you will receive a sign at a sponsored hole, an advertisement on a golf cart, a prominent gold sponsor banner at the registration table, and your business flyer included in the player gift bag.
Bronze Sponsor: For $400, you can take advantage of this sponsorship opportunity with a golf cart advertisement and have your business flyer featured in the player gift bag.
